Parts Advisor - Mercedes-Benz

Mercedes-Benz Saskatoon is looking for a motivated, career-driven individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to build a long-term career within a premium automotive environment, with room to grow into a fully developed Parts Advisor role.

As a key member of our Parts Department, you'll support daily operations while learning the foundations of parts advising. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming parts and shipments
• Preparing and processing outgoing orders, including packaging and shipping
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized parts department and warehouse
• Assisting technicians and senior parts advisors in locating and supplying parts
• Learning parts catalog systems and inventory management processes
• Stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts
• Supporting front counter and phone inquiries as your training progresses
• Building product knowledge across Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories
• Following dealership procedures for documentation, returns, and warranty parts

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Interest in the automotive industry (luxury brand experience is an asset)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Physical ability to lift and move parts as required
• Valid driver's license
