What You'll Do:
Coach leaders within Nutrien’s operations on how to effectively engage others in safety.Facilitate (present) classroom workshops on Safety Leadership Coaching Program.Engage and challenge employees to strive for continuous safety performance improvement.Provide developmental feedback to front-line and next line leaders to assist with the creation of appropriate coaching & development plans.Provide leadership, feedback, and support for updating and improvements to the business unit safety strategy.Attend meetings as required, present information and provide feedback.Provide support for site and business unit special projects, as needed.Willingness to participate in training and self-development programs.What You'll Bring:
10 years of experience in an industrial setting.Bachelors degree in a related field, experience in lieu of degree may be considered.Leadership experience.Ability to effectively facilitate learning in classroom and one-on-one environments.Advanced coaching skills, and the ability to support the development of others.Self–motivated, requiring little to no direct supervision.Effective time management skills.Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs.Knowledge of Canadian health, and safety regulations.Ready to make an impact with us?
