Portfolio Specialist Hybrid

Coordinate Technology portfolio priorities at BHP from a hybrid Saskatoon office, using organization, communication, and accurate information management.

As an 18-month fixed-term Portfolio Specialist, you will support planning, reporting, communications, and operational routines. You will work with leaders, employees, contractors, and stakeholders across the business. Your coordination will support team effectiveness, continuous improvement, and value-driven outcomes.

• Coordinate leadership communications, briefings, presentations, and performance insights
• Organize department routines, town halls, workshops, and team events
• Track portfolio commitments and follow up with owners
• Support PMO governance processes and initiatives
• Coordinate onboarding access, equipment, materials, and introductions

• Administrative support experience in operational, project, mining, or corporate environments
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities
• Accurate information management and attention to detail
• Communication skills building relationships across organizational levels
• Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
