Drive dealer performance from Saskatoon with client service expertise, business office knowledge, and PACT/Lean coaching for assigned dealerships. Work in a hybrid environment.
As a Dealer Services Consultant at iA Financial Group, you will improve dealer business office performance through tailored support. You will create action plans, review results, and strengthen long-term client relationships. The role includes training Financial Service Managers on iA products, compliance, sales techniques, and Unifi 2.0.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop action plans around sales targets and F&I performance
- Conduct dealer visits and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain relationships and address client requests and claims
- Train Financial Service Managers using the PACT/Lean method
- Complete reports, administrative tasks, and expense accounts
- Understanding of sales, business office, and dealership operations
- Familiarity with Unifi, Dealer track, Equifax, and software applications
- Knowledge of credit applications, refusals, regulations, and legislation
- Ability to set objectives, develop strategies, and transfer knowledge
- Adaptable, organized, self-motivated, collaborative, and client-service oriented
