Lead Cohesity’s data platform strategy with enterprise storage and distributed systems expertise in a hybrid office model.
As Director of Product Management, you will guide Data Access Layer, Smart Files, File systems, and supportability initiatives. You will shape scale-out platform capabilities through roadmap ownership, customer insight, and cross-functional leadership. The work spans performance, reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Define long-term strategy for Cohesity’s Data Platform services
- Own roadmap priorities across infrastructure product areas
- Advance distributed data services and file architectures
- Track adoption, performance, availability, and customer outcomes
- Recruit and develop platform Product Managers
- 15+ years of enterprise Product Management experience
- 7+ years leading Product Management teams
- Expertise in storage, distributed systems, and data management
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
