Lead strategy and business operations at Visa, using executive communication and analytical planning in a hybrid position with 5–10% travel. Shape Platform Products priorities globally.
As Director, Strategy & Business Operations, you will advise the SVP, Platform Products and partner with its Leadership Team. You will connect strategy to client needs, business outcomes, and enterprise objectives. The work spans Product, Technology, Design, Finance, People, and regional teams across Visa.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, refine, and communicate Platform Products strategy and priorities
- Translate strategy into outcomes, measures, actions, and ownership
- Facilitate strategic deep dives and synthesize decisions
- Lead planning, business reviews, OKR reviews, and leadership cadences
- Apply AI-enabled practices to improve analysis and communication
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience partnering with senior executives and preparing recommendations
- Strategic planning experience in global or matrixed organizations
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence across boundaries without direct authority
