Drive regional restaurant performance for Pizza Nova through business planning, financial analysis, and hands-on guidance for franchisees and store teams.
As District Manager, you will partner with franchisees to establish business goals, financial targets, and action plans. You will evaluate operational success across the region, strengthen leadership execution, and address challenges affecting business performance or customer experience. The role requires regular field travel.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish business goals and financial targets with franchisees
- Analyze challenges and proactively address operational issues
- Develop action plans with consistent follow-up and accountability
- Monitor store environments and regional performance indicators
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and construction projects when required
- Proven operational leadership in customer service environments
- Experience in business planning and performance management
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel regularly, including occasional overnight travel
