Lead the safety culture as a proactive Regional EH&S Manager. Drive compliance and foster an environment where everyone goes home safely from construction job sites every day.
In this impactful role, you will spearhead safety leadership across various projects. Your responsibilities encompass compliance with OSHA regulations, conducting safety assessments, and providing expert training and support to associates and subcontractors. Shape an organizational culture that prioritizes safety by facilitating meaningful partnerships within the workforce and trade community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety initiatives across multiple job sites
• Conduct thorough incident investigations and analyses
• Train teams on essential safety practices and policies
• Facilitate impactful safety meetings for awareness
• Maintain rigorous compliance records and assessments
Requirements:
• OSHA 30 Hour and/or 500 Hour Construction Certification
• Solid experience in safety management in construction
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Additional credible safety certifications
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
