Saskatoon Project Coordinator

Position: Saskatoon Project Coordinator Role
Drive infrastructure initiatives as a Project Coordinator with Métis Nation–Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, SK. This temporary full-time role emphasizes project administration and community collaboration.

In this position, you will support the Construction Manager by managing diverse project-related tasks like documentation and contractor relations. Candidates must possess strong organizational abilities and communication skills to effectively handle project milestones and community engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with regional directors on project design

• Maintain all project documentation and financial records

• Track project progress and communicate updates

• Assist in organizing meetings and following up on actions

• Facilitate research for housing and infrastructure opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 2-5 years related experience preferred

• Knowledge of construction contract administration is a plus

• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills

• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel when needed
