Quality Coordinator - Building Construction

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Coordinator will conduct field inspections, trade coordination, and maintain high quality standards across all building scopes.
This position will work on a 14/7 rotation basis on a project site in Saskatchewan.
What You Will Be Working On
Conduct quality inspections for structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical building activities.
Implement and maintain project‑specific Quality Plans and ITPs.
Work with project teams and subcontractors to identify, track, and resolve quality issues.
Manage NCRs, CARs, and audit findings.
Interpret drawings and specifications to support field crews.
Coordinate RFIs and technical queries with engineering.
Audit subcontractor quality systems and documentation.
Perform additional duties as required to support project success.
What We Are Looking For
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of building construction experience.
Strong QA/QC background in construction.
Solid understanding of Building Code requirements.
Proficient with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, organization, and field‑coordination skills.
