We're Looking for Someone Who Can

  • Drive project schedules to meet milestones and completion dates.
  • Manage health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are met for all projects.
  • Supervise and mentor field employees and subcontractors.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to manage materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports of site progress and events.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Technical training or certification in a related trade program.
  • A solid understanding of current construction practices and project management.
  • Strong working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
