As a key member of the Pier Solutions engineering team, you will manage multiple construction projects on-site and remotely. You will develop proposals, estimate costs, and assist construction crews while also tracking job costs and managing subcontractors. Effective communication and conflict resolution will be crucial as you support safety measures and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple construction projects from office and site
• Prepare estimates and develop contract proposals
• Manage schedules, materials, and subcontractors efficiently
• Support safety initiatives and prepare management plans
• Provide technical service through inspections and reports
Requirements:
• Civil technology diploma or engineering degree
• Minimum three years in project management
• Five years in the construction industry
• Bridge engineering experience is preferred
• Class 5 driver's license required
