Infrastructure Project Coordinator

As the Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will coordinate all aspects of project administration under the MN–S Construction Manager's guidance.
Your role includes maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, and liaising with contractors and partners. You will also track milestones and contribute to Métis housing and infrastructure project designs and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with directors and leaders on project design
• Maintain comprehensive project schedules and budgets
• Facilitate meetings and record critical action items
• Prepare technical proposals and project materials
• Track invoices and expenditures for financial accuracy
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in related discipline
• 2-5 years in project coordination or administration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel 15% of the time
This role is pivotal in supporting Métis communities through effective project management and relationship-building.
