Elevate your career with Clearwater Structures Inc. as a Construction Project Coordinator in Southwest Ontario. Oversee heavy civil projects, manage materials, and ensure compliance on site.
In this role, you will coordinate multiple construction projects across Hamilton, Kitchener, and London. Your responsibilities include understanding contract specifications, planning, scheduling, and tracking material deliveries. You’ll be positioned to communicate effectively with teams while managing project timelines and maintaining site diaries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand contract drawings and specifications thoroughly
• Assist in planning and scheduling all project activities
• Track material delivery and compliance with schedules
• Prepare submittals and manage progress payments
• Attend site progress meetings for project updates
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering completed or 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with MTOs web-based contract software is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willing to travel and work nights as needed
• Full G license with a clean abstract
