Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze construction delays and project efficiencies
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and quantify losses
• Review expenditures and material estimations
• Leverage planning tools for data extraction
• Assist in claim preparation and expert reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree related to engineering or construction
• 2-5 years in relevant fields or project management
• Strong understanding of cost planning in construction
• Experienced in project scheduling software
• Open to travel for necessary project site inspections
