As the Civil Foreman, you will provide essential direction, supervision, and coordination for civil work at various residential construction locations. By overseeing contractor progress and ensuring compliance with schedules and specifications, you will help maintain project integrity. Communication with the Civil Team will be key in addressing deficiencies and managing changes on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with construction plans and budgets

• Monitor contractor progress and quality of work

• Perform inspections and quantity measurements

• Maintain up-to-date as-built plans

• Foster adherence to safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED completion

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Proven ability to interpret blueprints
