Manage construction with a focus on safety and quality control. As Construction Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, plan operations, and develop effective risk management strategies.
This role involves evaluating daily operations, recruiting and supervising staff, and selecting trade subcontractors for various projects. You will prepare budget estimates, read blueprints, and nurture quality control programs to ensure project success. Your leadership will drive compliance with safety standards and enhance project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate daily construction operations
• Establish quality control procedures
• Prepare and submit construction budgets
• Select and supervise trade subcontractors
• Develop risk management plans proactively
Requirements:
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience
• College or CEGEP education preferred
• Proficiency in the English language
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
