Drive success in highway maintenance as a Field Superintendent with Lakes District Maintenance Inc., focusing on quality, safety, and effective operations in Western Canada.
Part of Volker Stevin Canada, Lakes District Maintenance seeks an experienced Field Superintendent for Service Area 24. This role involves oversight of field crews, planning, and quality assurance inspections. Upholding safety policies and building relations with clients and stakeholders will be key components of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations for crews and foremen
• Assist in planning and scheduling work activities
• Ensure quality standards through consistent site visits
• Promote strong safety culture and QMS adherence
• Foster positive client and stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in highway maintenance or civil construction
• Supervisory experience in a field setting
• Knowledge of contract-driven operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence needed
