You will be an essential part of the construction crew, handling tasks such as shoveling, unloading trucks, and assisting with traffic control. Following Ledcor's comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental program, your commitment to safety and teamwork will be key in managing work zone setups and ensuring project success. Flexibility in working hours and conditions is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute highway construction tasks efficiently and safely
• Aid in traffic control measures on various sites
• Collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment
• Adhere to Ledcor’s health and safety practices
• Assist with maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Prior labor experience in highway construction is beneficial
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
• Capability to work independently with little supervision
• Must successfully pass drug and alcohol screening
• Available for rotational shifts and out-of-town work
