Position: Powerline Construction Field Supervisor Role
Take on a key role as a Field Supervisor for Powerline Construction with Ledcor in Saskatchewan. Ensure safety compliance and manage crew operations on construction sites while fostering project culture.

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of powerlines. This position requires strong leadership and collaboration with subcontractors, project stakeholders, and HS&E coordinators. As a supervisor, you will ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Tailboard and safety meetings for the crew

• Ensure compliance with Sask Power and project specifications

• Liaise with landowners and project representatives

• Monitor day-to-day site operations effectively

• Inspect and maintain both overhead and underground powerlines

Requirements:

• Journeyman Powerline Technician with 5-10 years of supervisory experience

• Expertise in powerline construction safety procedures

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required;
Class 1A or 3 preferred
