Join a leading team as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing Industrial, Institutional, and Commercial projects across Western Canada. Drive projects from planning to completion while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
Our client seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in General Contracting. This role requires managing multiple project delivery methods and strong capabilities in budget, schedule, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in construction management or related fields and excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage construction projects from planning to final completion
• Oversee project planning, estimating, and contract management
• Prepare and update project documentation and change orders
• Facilitate communication in client and internal meetings
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders for project success
Requirements:
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methods
• Proven skills in project scheduling and budget management
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Project
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects
