Key Responsibilities:

• Organize equipment, labor, and materials for tasks

• Help project managers create effective timelines

• Communicate crew schedules and project deadlines

• Oversee ongoing operations and performance on site

• Train and mentor crew members and foreman

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of construction experience

• Experience in supervisory roles essential

• Knowledge of guardrail and cable barrier systems

• Valid construction safety training and certification

• Clean driver's abstract and valid license
