In this role, you will be pivotal in coordinating union labor while maintaining orderly construction sites. The Bull Crew Coordinator must have substantial experience in large or complex projects, prioritizing health and safety while managing labor transitions. Your leadership will ensure consistent support across locations, enabling successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain orderly, clean construction sites throughout projects

• Move union labor among various construction locations

• Direct labor work to adhere to safety protocols

• Address emergencies promptly to safeguard site operations

• Facilitate clear communication with teams and supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management preferred

• Proven 3–5 years in construction management

• Strong understanding of safety measures and protocols

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

• Valid Ontario Driving License G or G2 required
