Position: Motor Scraper Operator Seasonal Role
Location: Martensville

Join our road construction crew as a Motor Scraper Operator for the May to October season. This permanent seasonal position focuses on operating and maintaining scraper units with additional responsibilities.

This role requires working on RM's road construction team, operating motor scrapers and performing minor maintenance and repairs. Knowledge of road construction and maintenance procedures, along with a Class 1A driver's license, will enhance your candidacy in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate motor scraper units during construction

• Maintain and perform minor repairs on scraper equipment

• Record accurate work reports for each shift

• Collaborate with team members and the public respectfully

• Adapt to changing work hours and conditions

Requirements:

• Class 1A driver's license preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with clear abstract

• Grade 12 education preferred

• Experience in operating and servicing motor scrapers

• Knowledge of road maintenance and construction procedures
