Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing large-scale mining construction projects valued between $500 million and $1 billion+. This role entails full-cycle construction management, including planning, execution, contractor oversight, schedule adherence, budget management, and coordination with engineering, procurement, and project controls. The Construction Manager ensures that safety, quality, and productivity standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Leadership & Oversight

Lead all construction-related activities on major mining projects from pre-construction through commissioning.

Serve as the primary point of contact for construction execution on behalf of the project team.

Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability among all site personnel and contractors.
