In this site-based role, you will lead Ledcor’s projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will range from strategic planning and execution to managing financial performance and procurement activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a strong safety culture on site
• Lead project execution from start through to completion
• Create and monitor project schedules and critical paths
• Track project budgets, costs, and performance metrics
• Handle procurement and contract administration tasks
Requirements:
• 5–10+ years of project management experience
• Proven track record of safety compliance
• Education in a relevant technical field
• Proficient in project scheduling and financial analysis
• Valid driver’s license required for site visits
