In this role, you will manage critical water and wastewater projects for Aecon, combining your extensive construction experience with innovative strategies. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure that projects not only meet but exceed owner expectations while promoting a culture of safety and inclusivity. This position requires on-site presence in Canada, with travel to U.S. sites supported by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide project transition from estimating to execution
• Develop and meet project goals aligned with corporate values
• Enforce effective change management and risk mitigation
• Monitor project performance against established milestones
• Actively engage with all project stakeholders
Requirements:
• A decade of construction experience with water projects
• Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Works
• Familiarity with BIM and Lean Construction Principles
• Management experience in various project delivery methods
• Preparedness for required travel across project sites
