This 4-month contract position seeks an experienced professional with over 10 years in senior mechanical and HVAC roles. You will oversee contractor activities, ensure quality assurance, and guide field crews during various project scopes. Your hands-on experience in workface planning and contractor management will be crucial in driving site productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop actionable work plans per established strategies

• Supervise mechanical and piping field crews comprehensively

• Ensure contractor compliance with industry standards

• Inspect installations and manage any deficiencies

• Validate contractor daily labor and report submissions

Requirements:

• 10+ years of mechanical and HVAC project management

• Expertise in workface planning and auditing contractor LEM

• Strong background in contractor oversight and QA/QC

• Dual Journeyperson certifications in Mechanical and Electrical

• Completed supervisory leadership training
