Warman Homes is searching for a Renovation Sales Associate to join their team in the Renovation Division. This position requires a professional, self-motivated candidate with strong organization and customer service skills. You'll be responsible for conducting design consultations, guiding clients through product options, and ensuring expectations are exceeded throughout the renovation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home design consultations with clients

• Advise on product options, finishes, and colors

• Prepare timely quotes and respond to leads

• Liaise between customers and the service team

• Ensure outstanding service and follow projects to completion

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of residential construction experience

• 2 years in home renovation sales preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
