Join Graham as an HSE Coordinator to ensure safety compliance in complex industrial projects. This role focuses on guiding site workers and monitoring HSE processes across diverse sectors.
Graham is recruiting an HSE Coordinator to support the Industrial Division. You will report to the Senior HSE Manager and work on a FIFO schedule at a northern Saskatchewan project site. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, supporting the HSE Management System, and training staff on safety practices and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections and hazard assessments on site
• Support the consistent implementation of HSE Management System
• Train workers and supervisors on safety protocols
• Report HSE statistics and conduct incident investigations
• Collaborate with leadership for regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
•
Certifications:
NCSO or CRSP mandatory
• At least 2 years of HSE experience in construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices
