Experienced Project Manager in Construction

Your role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from startup to closeout

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams

• Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement

• Monitor project costs and quality control

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience

• Knowledge of construction methods and controls

• Ability to read and interpret project documents

• Experience with Procore is beneficial

• Valid driver's license for travel to sites
