ACCIONA is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for Construction to oversee on-site activities and ensure project compliance. This role emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and collaboration within a dynamic environment.

The role requires coordinating daily operations while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise on-site construction activities across various disciplines
• Coordinate operations to ensure smooth workflow and timeline adherence
• Conduct inspections and assessments of project progress
• Maintain positive relations on-site with all stakeholders
• Track daily production and optimize resource utilization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction management
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License G or G2 required
• Familiarity with TTC and Metrolinx specifications is an asset
• Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD
