Carpenter and Shop Labourer

Join Construx Building Products as a Shop Labourer/Carpenter in Saskatoon, where you will engage in physically demanding work and general shop duties. Collaborate on projects while ensuring safety and cleanliness in the work area.

As part of our dedicated team, you will report to the Shop Supervisor and take part in various labour activities, including loading and unloading materials and prefabricating wall and flooring systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labour work in the shop and yard

• Load and unload construction materials safely

• Prefabricate wall and flooring systems as directed

• Operate and maintain tools and shop equipment

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of construction or carpentry experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not essential

• Valid driver's license and vehicle needed for commuting

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
