As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a vital role in implementing health and safety practices within a construction environment. This position requires solid collaboration with site teams to identify risks, conduct site inspections, and manage incident investigations. Your contributions will be key to maintaining the Health & Safety Management System and COR certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to assess health and safety risks

• Maintain presence on sites ensuring compliance with practices

• Conduct site inspections and manage incident follow-ups

• Plan high-risk activities ensuring health and safety compliance

• Deliver training sessions to enhance worker safety awareness

Requirements:

• College diploma in a relevant field

• 2-5 years of experience in health and safety

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Bilingual in French and English an asset

• Experience with Safety Culture (iAuditor) preferred
