Equipment Operator for Construction Projects

Be a key player in our construction team as an Equipment Operator. Based in the County of Renfrew, you will manage various heavy machinery to aid in project execution and site safety.

This full-time position demands a skilled Equipment Operator with a minimum of three years' experience. You'll work closely with supervisors to operate digging and moving equipment while ensuring a safe construction area. Essential skills include trenching, grading, and effective communication on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery like tractors and directional drills

• Conduct trenching and leveling tasks efficiently

• Assist carpentry teams by moving heavy materials

• Complete pre-trip machinery inspections and report issues

• Keep the work zone organized and clear

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of heavy machinery operation experience

• Familiar with working in challenging terrains

• Hold a Class G driver’s license, AZ or CDL is a plus

• Ability to interpret site plans effectively

• Certification or training in relevant areas preferred
