Senior Estimator at Buttcon

This role reporting to the Director of Pre-Construction focuses on leading the estimating team in preparing detailed bids. You will analyze project documents, identify project scope, and support business development efforts. Utilizing strong analytical and communication skills, you will help drive successful project outcomes and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead estimating processes for construction projects

• Analyze specifications and documents critically

• Employ historical data for informed estimating

• Enhance team skills through evaluations and training

• Ensure timely and accurate bid proposal submissions

Requirements:

• Engineering or Construction Management degree necessary

• Minimum of 10 years of construction estimating experience

• In-depth knowledge of industry practices and trends

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Experience with Procore and BIM software is an asset
