Position: Civil Estimator / Project Coordinator

Join a growing Heavy Civil Division as an Estimator / Project Coordinator / Site Inspector, working directly with the Division Manager on municipal and infrastructure projects across Saskatchewan from tender through construction close-out. Ideal for a Civil Engineer, Civil Engineering Technologist, Construction Management grad, or experienced civil construction professional looking to grow into a Project Manager role.
Projects Include  Underground water/sewer, storm sewer, municipal roads, subdivisions, earthworks/grading, water/wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, lagoons, and utility installation.

Key Responsibilities   Estimating: quantity take-offs, subcontractor/supplier quotes, cost estimates, bid prep
Project support: scheduling, cost/progress tracking, coordinating subs and suppliers
Construction admin: shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, project records
Site inspection: site meetings, quality/progress monitoring, quantity verification
Survey work: GPS, drone LiDAR, rod/level (training provided; prior experience an asset)
Qualifications   Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, or Construction Management background
5+ years in heavy civil construction, consulting engineering, or municipal infrastructure preferred
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office;
AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Project, or GPS/LiDAR experience an asset
