In this role, you'll focus on fine grading and site preparation, utilizing your skills to operate graders with GPS technology. Bring a minimum of five years of heavy equipment experience to help meet rigorous standards in civil construction.
Your role directly influences project outcomes by ensuring accurate grades and compliance with safety measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Cat graders to achieve project targets
• Implement GPS machine control for precise grading
• Perform inspections and assess hazards daily
• Ensure equipment is maintained and in good condition
• Facilitate communication with on-site teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in finish grading
• Proficient with GPS grade control systems
• Ability to interpret technical plans and blueprints
• Clean driver's license and successful testing
• CSTS 2020 certification required for employment
