Wright Construction is seeking a Temporary Full-Time HSE Coordinator in Saskatoon, SK. Drive workplace safety and compliance while inspecting sites and providing essential support and training.

As part of a top-rated construction company, the HSE Coordinator’s primary responsibility includes ensuring the safety of employees and subcontractors by conducting inspections and implementing corrective measures. Collaborate with site management to develop safety policies and participate in safety meetings, creating a proactive culture around health and safety across job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and remedial actions

• Assist in creating Job Hazard Assessments and Safe Job Procedures

• Plan safety initiatives for upcoming projects

• Facilitate new worker safety orientations

• Maintain compliance with safety documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Construction Safety Officer (CSO) designation preferred

• Experience of 2-5 years in construction safety

• In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
