This Site Supervisor position at Rising Edge Group requires a proactive leader to oversee daily construction activities. You will manage site crews and serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders. Expertise in electrical construction and safety is vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-site electrical construction compliance
• Mentor and supervise electrical site teams
• Document and submit crew timesheets daily
• Act as a liaison among stakeholders
• Foster and uphold a safety-first culture
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Construction Management or similar
• 5-7 years of experience in construction
• Knowledge of high-voltage substation construction
• Acceptable driving record with a valid license
• Flexibility to travel to job sites as needed
