Senior Construction Contracts Administrator

Manage post-award contracts for Wood’s Minerals & Metals construction team in northern Saskatchewan on a fly-in, fly-out schedule. Apply change management and compliance expertise onsite.

As Senior Contracts Administrator, you will functionally report to the Manager, Supply Chain and site Construction Manager. You will specialize in managing large construction and service contracts within the project team. Your work supports contractual compliance through post-award administration, schedule impact assessment, and progress monitoring. Wood’s Minerals & Metals business delivers mining projects from feasibility study through execution for global clients.

The team supports advanced facilities and predictable, safe, fast project delivery across commodities.

• Administer large construction and service contracts after award
• Manage contractual changes throughout project execution
• Assess impacts of changes on project schedules
• Monitor contract and project progress
• Ensure contractual compliance across assigned contracts

• Senior contracts administration experience in construction projects
• Experience managing large construction and service contracts
• Knowledge of post-award contract administration
• Ability to assess schedule impacts and monitor progress
• Willingness to work fly-in, fly-out in northern Saskatchewan
