Operate Snowcats across Northern Alberta, building frost roads and winter access routes in challenging terrain. Previous Snowcat experience and winter readiness are essential.
SITE Resource Group Limited Partnership recruits Snowcat Operators for winter construction projects. Operators maintain frost roads, access routes, utility areas, and work sites while supporting construction crews. The work requires equipment safety, daily inspections, coordination, and adherence to site procedures in changing conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Snowcats safely and efficiently across winter routes
- Build, maintain, and groom frost roads
- Prepare winter work areas and utility sites
- Inspect equipment and report mechanical issues
- Coordinate site activities with supervisors and operators
- Previous Snowcat operating experience in construction or similar environments
- Experience with frost road construction and winter access
- Ability to operate safely in changing terrain
- Strong understanding of equipment safety and inspections
- Eligibility to work in Canada
Support Northern Alberta construction with Snowcat operation, frost road maintenance, equipment inspections, and disciplined winter safety practices.
