Public Engagement Specialist at Eltuek

Become a Public Engagement Specialist with Eltuek Arts Centre. This role centers around communication and visitor engagement during the vibrant summer season in Sydney.

As a full-time temporary member of the team, you’ll facilitate community arts interaction, host tours, and develop engaging online content. You'll work closely with artists, tenants, and other organizations to improve public communication and enhance the visitor experience. Your passion for arts and strong communication skills will play a key part in your activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging tours and welcome public visitors

• Provide detailed information on exhibitions and events

• Draft social media posts and promotional content

• Document community stories and events visually

• Coordinate with teams regarding schedules and programming

Requirements:

• Must be 15 to 30 years of age for Canada Summer Jobs

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with social media tools

• Interest in community arts and culture

• Basic photography skills and a willingness to learn
