In this position, reporting to the Events Manager, you'll support IGM Financial’s event portfolio with at least 3 years of experience in event planning. You will manage diverse logistical elements, including technology platforms and communications while ensuring brand compliance. Your strong project management and analytical skills will help enhance event quality and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage logistics and execute successful events
• Oversee communications and attendee registration
• Develop digital tools and conference websites
• Analyze event metrics and provide improvement recommendations
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and practices
Requirements:
• Specialized degree in Event Planning or similar
• 3 years of relevant experience in event management
• Technical proficiency in event registration systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingualism is advantageous
