Responsible for creating and organizing high‑quality photo, video and social media content that captures the Hearth experience and brand.

Duties

Capture photo and video content on‑site

Create short‑form video content

Coordinate with other staff to stage and schedule content shoots

Ensure content reflects the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and standards

Catalogue content files for future use

Basic editing, trimming, and formatting for social media

Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers

Support promotions, menu launches, & events with timely content

Collaborate with partners on shared initiatives

Website updates

Graphic design

Track and report social media analytics

Research new platforms and methods to connect with guests

Qualifications & Skills

Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing

Strong writing skills

Comfortable working on‑site in a busy restaurant environment

Collaborative

Experience with smartphone and camera photography/videography

Video and photo editing skills

Creative eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Previous restaurant experience an asset
