  • Lead Creative Strategist with 5+ years of experience directing creative strategy, developing performance video ads on Meta, and guiding creative teams.
  • Proven track record leading the creative direction and scaling 8–9 figure DTC brands with high-performing, UGC-style creatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of creative strategists, elevating their scriptwriting, conceptualization, and strategic thinking.
  • Develop high-level direct response strategies and oversee the creation of UGC-style scripts that drive top-tier conversion rates.
  • Deep-dive into performance data across multiple campaigns, translating complex learnings into macro creative pivots and team-wide optimization strategies.
  • Direct cross-functional collaboration , establishing highly efficient workflows between the Strategy, Creator, and Editing teams to ensure a flawless pipeline from ideation to final execution.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in performance creative strategy for Meta, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role .
  • A robust portfolio of successful UGC/performance ad campaigns that aggressively scaled DTC brands.
  • Advanced ability to analyze Meta performance data and turn numbers into clear, actionable creative briefs for the team.
  • Expert grasp of rapid iteration, testing methodologies, and data-informed decision-making at scale.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and establishing systems for providing explicit, constructive feedback to creators and editors.
