Location: Martensville
Become Vena’s Product Adoption Lead and champion the integration of AI into customer workflows. This full-time role offers remote flexibility and exciting challenges.
In this dynamic position, you will drive the customer adoption of Vena's AI features, working directly with clients to identify and solve adoption issues. You will partner with various teams, including Marketing, to create impactful customer success stories and refine our processes. Your expertise will help enhance product perception and usage across multiple customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer workshops to enhance AI adoption
• Diagnose and resolve engagement barriers with clients
• Validate improvements through customer collaboration
• Develop case studies and proof points for Marketing
• Track usage metrics to manage customer intervention
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in Customer Success, Solutions, or Product roles
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with AI products and FP&A tools
• Bonus for experience in SaaS environments
