In this position, you will be the first point of contact at YWCA Saskatoon and the Saskatoon Community Service Village. The Customer Service Representative is essential to ensuring that clients receive the right support and guidance needed for their inquiries.
Your role involves managing the switchboard, providing crisis support, and processing payments for services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality service to clients and the general public
• Manage calls using the YWCA multi-line switchboard
• Process client registrations and payments accurately
