Customer Experience Representative - Bilingual French

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Experience Representative

Location: Remote (Must reside in Canada)

Compensation: $20.68–$21.63 CAD per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Contract Duration: 13‑month fixed‑term contract

• Processing quotes, orders, refunds, and warranties into the ERP system.
• Assisting customers and sales representatives via phone and email with their inquiries (90% of clientele English, 10% French).
• Following up and providing ETA on orders.
• Assisting team members to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.

• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service (spoken and written).
• Call‑center experience (preferred).
• Must be fully bilingual (French and English).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook).
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Works well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.
• Other qualifications or experiences.
