Join AIP Connect as a Service Coordinator to support the senior community through non-medical care. Coordinate schedules and activities to enhance client satisfaction.
AIP Connect is looking for two qualified Service Coordinators to handle the complex schedules of clients and caregivers. This role emphasizes customer service, compliance, and relationship-building. If you have a passion for enhancing seniors' lives through compassionate care, this opportunity is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally answer all incoming client calls
• Match caregivers to clients based on specific needs
• Maintain schedules while fostering strong client relationships
• Log and monitor activities in our proprietary software
• Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers
Requirements:
• Strong customer service orientation and integrity
• Proficient typing skills (60 WPM preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Passion for supporting the aging population
• Experience with Microsoft Office and caregiving software
